Developments in Development: Curtis Fields, Weymouth

East Boro’s Development department are delighted to have completed on the purchase and handover of eight properties from Betterment Properties (Weymouth) Ltd on Thursday 2 February 2023.

They consist of four,  two bed, four person houses. Two for shared ownership sale and two for rented general needs tenants. The other four are one bed two person houses. Two, also, for shared ownership and the other two for rent. The shared ownership properties will be managed by Aster and the rental properties will be managed by EBHT.

On 31 March, East Boro completed on phase two of Curtis Fields.

Rented accommodation is allocated via Dorset Homechoice contact Dorset Council to apply via their website www.dorsetcouncil.gov.uk and go to the housing section for the housing register. All applications are done online.
